Self-care is all about what you can do to help yourself feel better or to keep yourself feeling good. It’s a way that we can look after our own mental health and wellbeing.
The #SelfcareSummer Secondary pack helps young people to create their own individual self-care plan for the holidays based on strategies which other young people have found helpful. It also sign-posts young people and their families to additional support if they need it.
This pack can be used for any holiday period or even to run on evenings and on weekends.
